How it works

Agree by email
Email nick@grumeria.com to confirm that you accept these terms. You will receive your partner link, for example grumeria.com/en/register?partner=your-agency. The code works on any page address, such as the feed check, and your clients can also enter it themselves when they sign up.

Refer your clients
Your client signs up via your partner link and tests for 14 days without a payment method. Set-up via product feed and widget, or the JTL-Shop plugin; for Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento 2 and PrestaShop the store address is usually enough.

Monthly credit note
For every paid invoice of a referred customer you receive a monthly credit note for your share.

The terms
- You receive 50% of the net revenue (excluding VAT) of every referred customer for 12 months from their first payment.
- Payouts are made monthly by credit note and only for paid invoices. If a payment is refunded, the share for it lapses.
- Referrals are attributed via your partner link. Shops that were already in contact with Grumeria before your referral do not count.
- The partnership starts when you accept these terms by email. Different arrangements only apply if we confirm them in writing.

Questions agencies ask
Who sets up the search?
Your client or you: create an account, enter the product feed or store address, check the results, add the widget. We help with the first set-up by email.
Can we work in our client's account?
Yes. Your client invites you under Team in the dashboard as editor or viewer. If you are in several client accounts, you switch between them in the dashboard.
Who pays, and how long is the contract?
Your client books and pays for their plan. After the 14-day trial the subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled in the customer portal at the end of the paid month.
Which shop systems work?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento 2 and PrestaShop 1.7/8 usually just need the store address; Shopware and other systems connect via a CSV or XML product feed. The feed check shows whether a store fits, without an account.
How do we show a client what it would look like for them?
Send them the feed check with their store address and your partner code, for example grumeria.com/feed-check?shop=their-store.com&partner=your-code. The check starts when they open it and shows three example searches from their products plus missing images, prices or availability in the feed. Below that they can try their own search terms.
Where is the data stored?
Data is stored in Frankfurt, and the search sets no tracking cookies. A data processing agreement is available for every customer.
